UMW Honors MLK's Birthday

Monday, January 18, 2016 Members of UMW and others from the congregation (including children) met on Martin Luther King’s Birthday to celebrate the life and legacy of a man who brought hope and healing to America. We marched, sang 1960 civil rights songs, listened to King’s speech, danced and had Birthday Cake as we commemorated all that King stood for… unconditional love, forgiveness and nonviolence.
